Tucked away behind one of the corners of the Quattro Canti, we were lucky as it was open in preparation for a wedding later in the day. One of thecmost exuberant baroque interiors in Palermo, so well worth visiting.

The decoration in thes church are astounding - gold leaf covers half of the vaulted ceiling and the rest of ceiling and chapels is equally rich. The greatest contrast is to find beggars at every door, asking for pennies. The world is crazy.

This is one of the churches that is not so exagerate with the mixture of baroch and paintings style, situated in the centre.

The outside is nothing to see, but once inside. OMG, is it gorgeous. The architecture, the handiwork were just unreal.

One of my favorite churches in Palermo, once inside you will be in awe. The detail and lighting is breath taking. No fee to enter, sit and admire the beauty and history
