This is another church in Palermo city, one made of marble and impressive by itself in terms of work and details.

This church in a small square is simply stunning to look at. It’s also got the tomb of one of the anti-Mafia judges who was assassination by the mob, which is very interesting and also moving.

We sought this church out specifically for the memorial/monument to one of my wife's ancestors. We found so much more as this church has dozens of prominent Sicilians and Italians memorialized within. It is quite beautiful with a lovely piazza and shops nearby.

The church is worth visiting in its own right, but is also the place where you can pay homage to Giovanni Falcone, the judge who dared stand up to the mafia and paid the price with his life. The square in front of the church...More

We just wandered arround the old town of Palermo enjoying the different buildings and tasting local food at the local places. This church was one of the nice buildings we visited.

Quite lovely church with beautiful architecture, not too far from the Cathedral and city centre. Nice space in front of it makes for a good photo opportunity.
