This is a very picturesque bridge and the history makes it even more special. It was bombed as the Germans were leaving Italy and the locals fished the stones out of the river to rebuild it. Originally a roman bridge.

This bridge has a steep pitch to walk up and over the waterway. It has great views due to the height.

What a way to come into the city! It really brings the charm of Verona to life. The bridge and it surroundings bring the medieval side of the city to life.

The bridge is at the north of the old town. Very good conservation. Very nice to take a picture there. You must see it.

The views from this bridge are beautiful, as is the bridge itself. Definitely worth walking across, esp if the weather is good.
