We did not pay the admission and go inside. Instead we enjoyed the exterior and the "Love Loves" that are prevalent around the bridge area placed their by coupled. Great view, little crowded during peak times but worth the visit.

The higher you go the more you see. Wonderful building housing the museum. Whilst there, there were Christmas stalls spanning the river. Museum is free with the Verona card.

This castle is fantastic for stepping back in time. The museum holds artwork which is religious and from before the 15th century . I found the castle itself to be worth the visit. There is an ancient bridge over to the other side of the...More

Fantastic artwork, presented in an interesting way. It appears the museum has been recently renovated. Great views of the river. Fun to walk on the terraces of the castle

If you like historical buildings, this one is for you. Situated right next to the river you are able to get a good view both from the bride towards is museo as well as from the top of the museo towards the hills surrounding Verona.

An impressive Astle stood at the entrance to the old city and on the edge of the river. Worth a visit and good views from the walls. Inside the rooms are not ornate but filled with old art which we walked past but would keep...More

Right on the water is Castelvecchio, we entered the castle museum. There were several statues and artifacts in each room, all with historic explanations. A really nice courtyard, paintings inside -and several levels. Wear good shoes there is a lot of walking and several stairs.

I visited here after a couple of disappointing visits to other places with my VeronaCard. This was also included (€6 by itself) & was much more enjoyable for me. There was a mix of weaponry, paintings, sculpture & other religious images. Entrance to the museum...More
