If you are in Venice you really have to take a Gondola ride no matter the cost. We took with us a bottle of champagne and some chocolates that we brought at the shop. It was special

Careful they can be very mean if you do not purchase the glassware. Your free ride there can turn in to a nightmare when they wont give you a ride back. Pretty nasty if your cruise ship leaves without you.More

We had a water taxi for transport, our guide Daniela was easy to find at the meeting place. The demonstrations at Murano and Burano were fascinating. This was one of the best days on my trip to Italy.
