Booked the shared water taxi through Expedia, confirmation email was fine and when we got to the airport found the desk fairly easy, handed the confirmation to the check in guy and he found our name straight away, waited about 15 minutes before being told...More

Classic = rip off. Do not waste your money on this excursion. Just walk up to a Gondola and negotiate a much better price and -YOU WONT HAVE TO SHARE THE GONDOLA with complete strangers. Not to mention - it’s a 5 minute walk to...More

Dear walterowe , thank you for choosing Bucintoro Viaggi during your stay in Venice. We are sorry to read such a negative review on our Gondola Ride. We offer a shared ride for about 20 Euros beacuse not everyone can afford the price of a...More

My husband and I did two tours: Gondola Ride and a Full Day Tour of the three islands. The Gondola Ride really is not worth the money as the gondola is shared with other persons (6 persons per gondola). Upon boarding the gondola, my husband...More

We happened to arrive in Venice on Oct 28, the first of two days of an "exceptional" high tide. Raining and flooding (knee-deep water). No water taxi service because they could not get under the bridges. We walked ~45 min (followed the crowd) to our...More

We were worried about the walking tour - we'd already walked our legs off earlier. Thankfully it was no route march - a gentle stroll round, appropriate to both the location and the people in the group, finding all manner of nooks and crannies off...More

I enjoyed my experience on the ride. Listening to the gondoliers banter back and forth in Italian made me laugh!

A must see island when visiting Venice. The glass factories are excellent, you can actually see them glass blowing. A lovely island to spend a couple of hours. Easy to get to by vaporetto.

If you have time to kill, then it's worth a visit as it's different from Venice. Went first to Murano where we were shown a sample of glass making. There's a shop where you can buy authentic Murano items. Next stop was Torcello. Ir's quite...More

This was nice. We were able to skip the incredibly long line (and we weren't there at peak season.) It's not the romantic personal ride you see in the movies but still, if you go to Venice you have to ride a gondola, right? So...More

You should ask Bucintoro Viaggi directly. I think they have a domain you should google it. Good luck.
