same story as from the other reviewers - nobody was there, no tour, no guide whatsoever. tour was confirmed through the portal and booked in advance. nobody could be reached on the tour date

We had booked a freetour with Vivaldi Tours for the 9th of February on another platform. When we got there, we couldn't find the guide (there were other people waiting as well). We made a phone call and they told us that the had canceled it (false, we hadn't received any email). Honestly, I regret not taking into consideration all the reviews from here saying that they don't show up for their tours. They told us we could join another tour at another hour, but of course, our schedule had been made and luckily we were able to join another company's tour right then. Save yourself some time and don't book tours with this company.

We made a reservation for a walking free tour in Venecia at 11 am. We wait one hour with other 10 people but the guide do not come.!!!
I phone to the number of Vivaldi and they say that don't knew the problem and they will resolve the problem. Never say me anithing again.

Hicimos tours con inma Venecia imprescindible, Angel San Marco y MarÃa todas las islas murano burano mazzorbo torcello, guÃas excelentes, nos ayudaron incluso antes y después de los recorridos con dudas, en mi opinión deberÃan empezar por el tour de las islas son 5h30 y es el inicio de Venecia, luego san marco y luego venecia imprescindible es como el orden de venecia desde el inicio hasta el final, han sido hasta ahora los mejores freetours de Europa que hemos tomado, enhorabuena vivalditours!
