My Airbnb host recommended Guide Bogianen to my friend and I and it was fantastic advice! Our guide, Silvia, was amazing! Friendly, warm and very knowledgeable about Turin, she took us on a fantastic tour of the city. She adjusted the content and the pace to our needs and was great fun to be with. We got to hear about some fascinating history as well as experiencing some great local places to eat and drink on the way. All in all it was a great introduction to Turin and great value too. I'd highly recommend Guide Bogianen - especially Silvia. It was an amazing introduction to the city

When visiting a rich and such a diverse city like Turin, a city guide is a must. Our guide, Giusi (who also speaks English), was more than great.

We spent 2 full days with her and after a few minutes I can immediately say that we hit it off and became good friends. She's the sort of person who does this job passionately. Money is secondary. As a customer, I expect to be treated like a person rather than just a number from which the supplier can just suck money out.

Giusi went way beyond her "job description" by helping my wife (who has special needs) whenever she needed, or by helping me while I was supporting my wife and/or 8-year-old daughter. In addition, she was very flexible and it was very easy for her to adapt to our needs and pace (as opposed to some people who may want to tick all the box on their checklist and insist that you follow their agenda).

We also liked her narrative style. It really felt like we were being taken around by a friend who's also a local. She doesn't lecture or talk down to you. She just explains what she needs to explain, and she's happy to engage in conversation during "in-between" trips.

With all the palaces, museums, and rich heritage that Turin has to offer, Bogianen's service is definitely a must. You will get so much more out of your visit. Highly recommended.
