Why visit a cemetery when you’re on vacation, you ask? The tombs at this Milan burial ground offer a great glimpse of Italian artistic styles from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Saw this from the outside I think it is on the route of Tram 9. It looks stunning, would definitely consider visiting it.

Simply amazing. This is an incredible open-air art gallery. So many beautiful and impressive sculptures. It takes at least a couple of hours to go around the whole place.

Visiting the cemetery was an amazing experience. There you will find several family sarcophagi from wealthy people from Milan (I assume). These are not just simple building but real architectural masterpieces! Really beautiful!

Located near the subway station, is a place that impresses with every single grave you see. Free entrance, take more than 30 minutes for a walk to discover statues and alleys around.

This is a beautiful and immaculately kept cemetery to visit. One can not describe the monumental size of these monuments until you actually see them. The architecture, detailed carvings and sheer size is truly amazing. I gained so much insight into the lives of Milan’s...More
