Good spot to meet up if yoru party wanders around, good for coffees and refreshing drinks, Aperol Spritz's went down well and cool beers while you sit and watch the many locals on bicycles and chatting. Good to unwind, right across from Basilica.

We found this cafe by chance during a rain shower on our way back to the station. What luck, as they served excellent coffee . Really friendly guy, too.

During the time that we stayed for a visit in Mantua, we visited here in the morning often for coffee and a roll. We also stopped by sometimes for a spritz or a cocktail around 6 pm. Wonderful place to watch the passegiata!

Not only is the staff most charming and are they serving excellent coffee and aperitifs, they have the most outstanding beer. If you like beer, make sure to try the Champagne Beer by Poretti, which is served superbly in a cooled glass.
