Easy to book online and to reach by car/public transport/walking. The boat is clean and well organized despite all Covid restrictions (no messy queues, nor crowded areas). The only regret I have, is that we kept this boat tour for the day of our departure, what a pity! Had we gone for the tour the day before, we would have had a clearer mental map of Mantova from the very beginning. Many thanks to the guide/speaker: such an unconventional and extremely interesting presentation!

We did the one-hour two-lakes tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. The tour starts from a small pier on the the Lago di Mezzo (middle lake) and includes the Lago Inferiore (lower lake), a short canal, and the Vallazza.
The first part is great to see the city skyline from the water and as the motorboat moves away from the old city, the modern world and nature take over - woods, water lilies, abandoned docks, lotus, swans. herons. ducks, egrets, doves, cormorants, reeds, industrial plants, and even the occasional fish jumping out of the still water.
We did the tour on a hot afternoon - and it got very hot and hazy.
If you can, try one of the morning or evening tours.

Excellent sight seeing of the city from the two lakes. Marvellous nature with Loto flowers still blooming. Good value for the cost.

Very easy to book, easy to reach (there is free parking within a ten-minute walk, even on a Saturday morning if you arrive in enough time) and a relaxed ‘tour’ in the waters around the city of Mantova. Don’t expect the Danube - the lakes and canals are very simple, wild and don’t get much traffic - but if you like green, spotting a few birds and taking a photo of the city from the perfect position in the water, this tour is good value.

One hour boat trip to enjoy a breathtaking view of Mantova from the river Mincio. The commentary was available only in italian and it was really interesting. We saw swans snd cormorans and the "seaweeds islands" that were full of yellow and white flowers. Recommended.

The tour of the Mincio river with views of Mantova from the boat. Marvellous nature and interesting infomation (only italian language) about history, flora and fauna. 10€ euros to enjoy one hour and half. Well done.

It was Easter day and boat was full packed with people ,and tour continued for 1.5 hour.To say it was spectacular will be overstatement.

Not worth the hour and a half. Loud commentary. Not very intelligible English. Only starting blocks toilet. Lots of river through industrial area of Mantua. Disappointing.

Hope I'm reviewing the right boat trip! We went on a 1.5 hour trip across one lake and through to another which was some sort of wildlife reserve. Unfortunately the guide was only in Italian. We saw plenty of cormorants, herons and egrets but not much else. It was a pleasant way if spending time especially on a hot day.

Quale fa vedere meglio flora e fauna? Grazie in anticipo.

Per vedere di più flora e fauna bisogna fare gita di 2.30 il periodo ideale è mese di luglio metà agosto per ammirare i fiori ti loto.
