We were in Udine doing some genealogy research. We had been to more touristy sites like Venice and Florence and frankly, we enjoyed this one much more. It seemed more authentic and we felt like locals.
Loggia del Lionello is the town hall of Udine. The Loggia was build in around 1450 in venetian gothic style. it is located right accroyy the Liberty Square underneath the Castle.
Defintely a must seen in Udine. Very impressive.
