Our friends that we were traveling with selected this tour. Great tour, friendly staff, plenty of cheese to sample and even though my wife and I grew up next to dairy farms, seeing the little calves was fun too.

Ciara was a wonderful guide! As herself a Master Cheese Maker, she offered first hand experience of the process of making Parmesiano Regiano cheese The farm is small, the staff friendly and the cheese excellent. Ciara's English is excellent, she is warm, enthusiastic and knowledgable.
