Unfortunately, we did not have time to visit Acetaia Malpighi, but luckily we found a small boutique shop on Piazza Roma. The young hostess was so charming and knowledgeable and we were the only customers. She explained us the vinegar production process, which was completely...More

We had a personal tour in English that lasted 45 minutes and then we tasted numerous vinegars they produce. The tour is very informative on how balsamic wine and other products are produced and sold.
