We had such a brilliant time cooking at CIBO. We have learned so much and finished with some food we were very proud of. The advice given was helpful and supportive and it was great to chat to Alessandra whilst we cooked.

We did a half day course with chef Stefano where we made bolognese sauce, meatballs, tortolonni and tagliatelle. It was both instructive and really enjoyable. Stefano was a great teacher and we would definitely come back to learn more! Highly recommended.
