We throughly enjoyed our visit to the colosseum so much history. It is an amazing place. To hear stories about events that took place there beyond the gladiators and learning about its construction and why it had deteriorated was also incredible. Buy your tickets in...More

It is Wonderful and surprisingly easily to understand even with the electronic guide. Highly recommended to get there earlier in the morning. Crowds get worse as the day progresses.

Maybe I am too imaginative...no I saw no ghosts, but my whole being was trying to imagine the awfulness of the spectacles played out in this massive awe-inspiring structure. Plan to spend 4-5 hours if you are at all history-centric. Just sitting quietly and letting...More

As expected, one of the most iconic buildings in Rome, absolutely stunning. Such beautiful architecture and lovely surrounding restaurants and shops.

It was very busy and was kinda hard to maneuver through the crowds while on the Segway. Be prepared to be approached by people trying to sale you any and everything.

We went with The Roman Guy for a few tours including the night tour at the Colosseum. Cool , no crowds . It was a walk by ancient ruins then to Colosseum. Under ground too. Recommend. Group of about 15 but had buds too.
