Went from this marina to Capri in a short time 40 min, the queue was decent (10 min). There are many places around for paring for 1eur/hr

Beware, there are two ferry terminals in Naples that are ~10 mins apart (Molo Beverello and Calata Porta di Massa). No employees are helpful at either location and there are confusing/contradicting signs everywhere. There are multiple companies that run services independent of each other and...More

It all works out in the end, but there is hardly any clear information once you leave the actual ticket office. No information boards so you can't be sure where your hydrofoil or ferry will dock...but this seems to be the way in the Bay...More

We took the Alilauro ferry 3 times. For each leg I'd navigated the Alilauro website, made and printed the booking as a sheet of A4. At Naples Molo Beverello I took it up to the office and was told "no problem, take it to the...More

Not much to say except this was an easy quick process to get to Capri and back from Napoli. Buy tickets at the window for the round trip.

Large and busy port area where the ferries sail to Capri and other islands, the ferris are large, comfortable, drinks and snacks are available onboard. From Naples to Capri takes about 45 mins.

The ferry terminal is well organised with good signage and announcements for departures. It appears that the ferry companies share routes because all desks sold tickets for all ferries, so you just pick your time and buy your tickets. We parked at the quayside Parcheggio...More

We took the high-speed ferry (hydrofoil) to Capri from Molo Beverello. It’s located a short 5-10 min walk from where our cruise ship docked. We booked our tickets online ahead of time to avoid any delay and confusion. There is a service charge to do...More

We flew into Naples and got an Alibus down to Molo Beverello to catch a boat to Sorrento. The boat turned up, refuelled and a few conversations were had in Italian. The boat left without any passengers and 30 or so of us (mainly tourists)...More

I never did this...flew in to Rome then train toNaples...but it's not too far, I would think the efficiency of a taxi ride would be worth the extra expense.

Not necessary unless you are traveling in a big group. There are 2-3 companies going daily in several hours.
