The worst trip ever..... hit stuffy bus with no windows. Veronica the guide did nothing to inform English speaking people..... spent her whole time with Spanish speaking people..... we ended up feeling very unwelcome..... she kissed and hugged all the Spanish speaking people....... waste of...More

Big disappointment!!! Well that’s nothing but cheating Erika! When you said right when the bus stopped beneath Vesuvius “Well maybe it’s closed, for safety reasons, they’re maybe repairing the path, but you can check, we don’t work with them so we don’t know”. The path...More

Had a fabulous day trip to Pompei and Versuvious, great value and the icing on the cake was our extremely helpful and knowledgable tour guide Erika Fusaro. Highly recommended. Erika was fun to talk to, was very helpful and professional in her role, even posing...More

Rhey sell their tickets and then you wait for the bus to tell you that what you bought the tickets for is closed. Don't waste your energy or time on this company that only wants your money.

We used Tramvia Napoli to visit Pompei and Versuvius in September. The buses were punctual, clean and good value for money. We would certainly use them again. Less hassle than catching a train.

We wanted to go to Ercolano and Oplontis but as our hotel was near the port the Circumvesuviana was inconvenient. We saw that this company offered a shuttle to Ercolano so we booked a one way ticket on line. This did not work well as...More

The trip was badly organised, and the wine-tasting offered as part of the ticket was not given because of organisational failures with the company. Also you have to check yourselves as they try to sell you tickets to places even when they are closed. Fortunately...More

Me. I’ve tried their services twice. For the first time, I bought actual tickets from a kiosk just to be safe. Second time, I bought them online. Just show the email receipt.

HI David, You can buy the tickets at different kiosks around the city. Just look out for kiosks. It is usually advertised with a board/sign Tramvia. There is one kiosk selling tickets right on Piazza Garibaldi (Central... More
