This place is beautiful. My sister & I would get a table at the Gran Cafe and people watch. The cafes are pricey but this is Capri so splurge! We amused ourselves looking at the people all dressed up and we even saw a celebrity...More

This is where the funicular drops you off in Capri, so it's pretty hard to miss. Busy spot with some shops and restaurants. Good for people watching I guess, too busy for me so we didn't stick around long.

Great place to people watch while sipping a cold beer and/or do some window shopping. Main hub of town and great atmosphere. We were expecting it to be far busier so was actually quite relaxing just walking round.

This is a very busy piazza near the center of Capri with lots of shops and places to eat. It's not cheap, but if you are hungry the food was good. For a non-Italian speaker it was easy as the wait staff are good in...More

This area is great for people watching and offers a welcome rest especially after we had walked up rather than getting a taxi. We weren't really that impressed with the rest of Capri and preferred Sorrento.

Don't go near any of those bars. Average drinks, crazy prices. Think about 25 euro for a granita, a cappuccino and a doppio espresso macchiato.

Great place to people watch and sit down for coffee or a meal. Perfect to recover from a day shopping.

What can I say it’s beautiful views. Plenty of expensive shops. Cafes, restaurants and such a great place to sit and watch the people go by. Capri is vey expensive but it’s worth the visit.

Same as previous answer, its a busy tourist spot, so can't see the shops and tours being closed. Its their main income.
