Mostly without cars but on occasion on the way up, it's a mix of sidewalks and streets. And as you'll find out, some large sidewalks are actually roads for tiny cars and motorcycles. Having said that, we saw maybe 5 cars and 25 people on our walk from the edge of town upward. It's peaceful.
