Well worth visiting this cathedral. Lots of stunning marble and inlaid wood pictures. A historical model village is amazing. Very beautiful.

This cathedral is open to the public but you are asked to respect that there are NO photos. There were a few locals praying in there when I visited. You are advised to keep quiet. The church is simply beautiful to go in & look...More

Not as decorated as some churches but peaceful with some interesting things to see. Beautiful marquetry doors

Cattedrale di Sorrento is a nice church.It dates back to the 11th century and is an important site with a long history. There are some noteworthy art works inside.

The Cathedral is tucked away at the side of the main street, Corsa Italia. It is very pretty inside. Just inside the door there is a large very detailed Nativity scene which is amazing and worth seeing.

Really enjoyable visit sat in on a short part of the Sunday service and listened to he choir absolutely beautiful and also a really good exhibition of photos of pope john paul- certainly worth seeing

I came across this cathedral while wondering the streets of Sorrento. A beautiful and peaceful cathedral with amazing artwork where you can stop for a moment to get clarity.
