Spent a 3 night break at the hotel and cookery school with 2 friends. Hotel was simple but very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for the family and staff. The cookery school was great fun. We would certainly go back again.

We had a great time at this cooking school. Chef Longo was so sweet and really let us help out. The cookbook we get is also filled with many recipes i can't wait to try.
