Good place with nice view of madrid.
The acess to tower is easy there near metro station thenjust need to
Walk few minutes until tower.! In my opinion a place likes should be selling souviniers and staff should talk in english which very bad all over madrid very hard find staff talking english in a city with so many tourists.

It's very easy to get to the place (metro 3 or 6 to Moncloa station). There was no lineup when we went there, I wouldn't buy a ticket in advance. The views are amazing from up there. The place has a lot of potential, maybe they should open a small coffee shop or a bar up there that you can enjoy while looking out at the city below.

5 minutes after the entrance, it start raining and we have to leave. It's for security, we can understand but there is no refund for people just arrived, neither a free ticket.
We were very disappointed.

This was such a hidden gem & so reasonably priced. It only cost four euros to go up a glass elevator & see spectacular views of Madrid resulting in some great photos. There aren’t many amenities in the immediate vicinity so you have to walk 5-10 mins for a drink or food but it’s well worth the trip & highly recommended.

Book online if it says no information available for tickets it means they are sold out ! A one hour wait is frustrating when pre booked just walk on & the organisation of lifts & time spent in tower by people poorly managed. Great views but not worth the torture of the que system !

A very disappointing experience. I still don't understand why I gave the 4 euros. Everything is old, the panorama has nothing special and anyway in a pandemic it is necessary to wear a mask-> so without pictures. For sure it’a a waste of time, you better visit Museo de America which it’s better! (And it’s Next to the faro ). Also, tickets must be bought online. When we were there they told us that their cash-register was not working and they kept us out until we bought them - very rude. Initially I wanted to give 2 stars, but I realized that it was worth only one. Maybe if the staff was friendlier I would offer them 2.

ps. for a beautiful panorama go to the hotel riu plaza espana- have a wonderful terrace.

Interesting activity if you have already checked Madrid's museums and parks like me. The building is located near the metro station Moncloa, entrance cost 4 euro. I was basically alone there so I could enjoy the view from multiple perspectives. However you cannot take very good photos due to the protection grid, you cannot get close to the glass to put your lense there so I had to use a little bit of zoom so the windows were not visible on my pictures. I found it good that there were panels explaining about the different buildings.

This is an observation deck. The view from here was great as you can see the whole city of Madrid.

The price of the ticket was 3 Euro, which was very reasonable as compared to other towers around the world.

Costing just €3, a trip up in the glass elevator to the top of this tower is a must do in Madrid. Adjacent to the American museum and Moncloa Station its easy to reach.
I wasn't on the viewing deck for more that 10 minutes but it was long enough to get views of the city and surrounding area. Definitely worth a visit.
