I highly recommend that people do one of the Berlin Original Free Walking Tours! I absolutely LOVED my trip today and feel as if I got a really in-depth view of the city and its history. My guide was Mike, and he kept the tour...More

My husband and I went on this tour (20s/30s for reference) with Mike. We thought he did an amazing job bringing us to the important spots in Berlin and informing us about the history. We learned so much! He was also funny and engaging which...More

Even Though the group was big, it was a boring night. The organizers put 0 effort, the girl leading the group was dull and had no clue what she was doing nor where she was going (luckily google maps helped out). All the places were...More

Absolutely fantastic. The guide Fransisco was amazing, very informative and nice. He took us to places we wouldn't even think about going there by ourselves. The tour covers everything mentioned in the site and it is very interesting. We highly recommend it, especially with Fransisco.

Really enjoyed our walking tour today with our fabulous guide Michael. He was full of knowledge & history about Berlin and kept the group involved and interested throughout. We would highly recommend this tour especially if Michael is your guide. Visitors from Scotland.

We've been travelling full time for 10 months and have taken these walking tours all around the world and this was our first time ever walking away before it finished. Our guide, Stona (not sure how to spell it), started EVERY sentence with UMMMMMMMMM or...More

Wow! What a fantastic tour. Without even realising 4+ hours flew by. Michael was by far the most knowledgeable tour guide we have encountered. He blew us all away with his passion and ability to engage the group. He was sensitive about the content he...More

The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights
like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum
Island. The central location makes this one of the
city's most expensive places to live. It is here the
oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence
of some significant transformations, as well. The
gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets
between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given

You can just turn up. Make sure you have exact change though and cash for the pubs. They don't take cash... We found out the hard way

There is a lot of walking and not many breaks. Our tour took a lot longer than 2.5 hours as well. Well worth it though.
