My husband and I went on this tour (20s/30s for reference) with Mike. We thought he did an amazing job bringing us to the important spots in Berlin and informing us about the history. We learned so much! He was also funny and engaging which...More
Had a great tour with Mike. It was informative as well as entertaining. 4 hours just flew by. It was supposed to be for 3 hours but I am happy that it extended because there was so much to take in! Important info - the...More
Francisco was our tour guide and his passion for history and architecture and enthusiastic attitude made him an amazing storyteller. He brought us to all the key sites as well as some of the hidden spots and always incorporated the places with historical facts and...More
Even Though the group was big, it was a boring night. The organizers put 0 effort, the girl leading the group was dull and had no clue what she was doing nor where she was going (luckily google maps helped out). All the places were...More
Absolutely fantastic. The guide Fransisco was amazing, very informative and nice. He took us to places we wouldn't even think about going there by ourselves. The tour covers everything mentioned in the site and it is very interesting. We highly recommend it, especially with Fransisco.
Really enjoyed our walking tour today with our fabulous guide Michael. He was full of knowledge & history about Berlin and kept the group involved and interested throughout. We would highly recommend this tour especially if Michael is your guide.

We've been travelling full time for 10 months and have taken these walking tours all around the world and this was our first time ever walking away before it finished.

Wow! What a fantastic tour. Without even realising 4+ hours flew by. Michael was by far the most knowledgeable tour guide we have encountered. He blew us all away with his passion and ability to engage the group. He was sensitive about the content he...More
We enjoyed every minute of our tour with Laura. She was able to relate and explain the history and interesting facts of each of the significant monuments clearly and in an engaging manner. The tour lasted 4 full hours, but she had us and the...More
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given
way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
