The current 1913 exhibiton is overflowing with fantastic prints and energetic drawings and sketches by Kirchner, Heckel and Schmidt-Rottluff. Easier to get to than anticipated and what beautiful surroundings! Also next door to a fantastic sculpture park and exhibtiion space.
If you like art, go to this place. It's in a lovely building, out in the woods, right in the suburbs. Get the U-Bahn to Ferhbelliner Platz, and then the 115 bus from right outside the metro. It's a 5 minute walk from the bus...More

The museum is a fair trek from the centre but not too difficult with a little planning. I took the U7 to Fehrbelliner Platz and then caught the 115 bus (direction Neuruppiner, running every 20 mins from outside the U-bahn station) to Pucklestrasse and it's...More
Perhaps we were lucky, some have complained that there weren't many paintings on display, but our experience was that the displayed works were superb! They change the display a few times each year so it might be good to check in advance.
If you love...More
I don't recall any prints but that doesn't mean that they don't have them. I suspect that the collection is moved around from time to time. It's relatively small - three rooms - but the quality seemed very good to me... More
