The spa itself, as well as the greeting on arrival were lovely. I didn’t spend much time in the spa facility but everything was very clean, organized, and well-provisioned.

I opted for the Orchidee Imperiale facial. My aesthetician was Cecilia. Visit her if you get the chance. She was amazing. Very possibly the best facial of my life, and the Orchidee products felt and smelled amazing. I didn’t wear makeup for days afterward, and I’m in my 40’s.

Beautifully located in the Mandarin Oriental hotel rue Saint Honore nearby Place Vendôme, this Spa is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a great treatment.
The swimming pool is long enough to really swim and the facilities are cosy and elegant.
The service is discreet and attentive.
A great discovery that I highly recommend.

We had a rainy day in Paris so decided to do a spa day. Our couples massage was amazing. Both my fiancé and myself felt it was the best experience we have ever had. very relaxing atmosphere. The employees all go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax in Paris. Thank you guys for making our rainy day a great one.

I'm living just nearby the Mandarin Oriental, and for my civilian wedding, wanted to get a treat. I went with one of my witness, who is pregnant, to this spa.

I had the "Mandarin Oriental Signature" treat, and my friend had the "Mum to Be" one. It was by far my best spa experience in my entire life: extremely professional and kind service, delightful treatment, attention in every single detail, perfect massage...

A big thank to Celine and Axelle for this moment of true happiness and relaxation.

On Christmas Day, my husband and I arrived in Paris on a red eye for our honeymoon. We booked a luxurious couples treatment at the spa for massages, facials, and foot massage. Our treatment started with the sauna & shower. The amenities were fantastic and the suite was beautiful. Romantic, dimly lit, calm music. The staff was kind. The release for the steam shower is by the foot of the shower. When I opened the door and stepped in, steam was simultaneously being released and it burned my ankle. It hurt pretty badly, but it was bearable. Before our foot massage, I told my therapist what happened and asked her to be mindful of the area. She was apologetic and asked me if I needed anything, I told her I was fine but to just avoid the spot (she did). The treatment was amazing, I actually fell asleep during my facial. It truly would have been the greatest spa experience of my life if my ankle hadn’t started slowly painfully pulsing. The first photo of lighter pink was only the evening of the 26th. The pain didn’t really become bad until the 28th, our last day. It had started lightly bubbling by this point, but still didn’t look too bad. I wanted to return to the Mandarin Oriental spa to let them know about what happened, because obviously this could have been prevented and should be in the future. I did not go with intentions of any compensation or refund, just to let management aware of the issue. I spoke to the manager of the spa. She immediately told me that wasn’t a burn from the spa, as had it been, it would have looked as it did in its current state right away. She said this was probably a rash from my boots or perhaps my skin was irritated from one of the oils they used. At this point I became kind of annoyed. I explained I had deliberately only worn sneakers and I asked her to get my massage therapist to verify that I had told her about my burn. They did, she did, the manager changed her tone immediately and said burns this bad happen about once a year and the massage therapists are supposed to immediately make a report. The girls seemed like they were in a lot of trouble for this and I explained that I totally downplayed the burn at the time of the incident; I hadn’t realized how serious it was and I don’t think she got the impression a report of any sort was necessary. The manager then tried offering me a drink at the bar or lunch on them, I thanked them but explained it was my last day in Paris and had some more sight seeing to do before leaving. I gave them all my contact number and they sent me off with a bag of crappy samples. I was fine with this, until I arrived at my next destination; Aspen, Colorado. By this point my ankle was blistering entirely, and I couldn’t get it in a ski boot if my life depended on it. My husband finally convinced me to get it checked out, when I was told I had a second degree burn. I had an annoying treatment routine and couldn’t ski. Not the end of the world, but I really felt like the hotel should have taken responsibility for this in a more appropriate way. I expected them to reach out to me, just sent an email and checked in as a courtesy. Nope. I called twice to speak to a manager and my calls weren’t returned. I realize there is a time difference and will try email as well. I loved the treatment, but I found the situation to be really terribly handled.

The spa is lovely. I should have planned ahead for an appointment but was lucky to get a last minute appointment for a massage. It was amazing and was just what I needed to get past the jet lag.

I had an amazing yoga session at the terrace outside, just before the sun gets too strong and it was the most peaceful and serene experience to have. Especially that we are in a city full of noise and people, this was a peace of heaven! I recommend yoga at the modrian with Caroline Nagel she is an amazing teacher and puts focus on each student. The class is not too crowded and sometimes there is a flute player there, absolutely amazing and healing! :)
