Wonderful place to walk the dog or just amble away the time in a good walk, we have been there several times, its a peaceful place and a dry path to walk on if wet.

Called in while on holiday and found it a very pleasant park with a nice walk around the lake. The train was it running but perhaps that is only on at weekends and school holidays, it as adults this was no problem

An excellent well maintained park with lovely children’s play park and plenty of green space. A beautiful lake, with walks around the perimeter, encompassing both woodland and grassland. There is a cafe open all the year round.

There are several model boat clubs that use the lake, but only in a certain area. I would guess that these people would know the rules. Have a word with them.
