We were on a tour bus and didn't get out to visit but the scenery was fantastic. What you see in the picture is what we saw from the bus.

What a peaceful and beautiful place! I was lucky enough to see many red deer. The lakes are lovely. I had no idea Ireland had so much wilderness!

One of the best days we spent in Ireland was here! It was a lovely day and we did so much. The area is beautiful with lakes, scenic vistas, waterfalls, abbeys, etc. I would do this separately from the ring of Kerry drive, for there...More

We biked, hiked, explored and drank tea. If you're not going to Ireland to see the city, this is the place to go.

Great few hours in the park, great play ground and lots of open space for the kids to run in. Coffee shop wasn’t open but that’s what you get in November

Fantastic park with some great walks and amazing scenery. It’s a MUST when visiting Killarney and it will not disappoint.

The National Park is a true Irish Treasure. The fact that you can enyter part of it directly form the town centre makes it great for a causal walk. While you can alos venture pout to Muckross and more remote areas for hikes.

What a way to spend a day, you could spent a few days walking, cycling around Killarney National Park. Had a fantastic day really enjoyed the day. Could do with a little more signage in places..worth the visit...

Unfortunately if you don't want tourist trap routes, don't go to Killarney. We were warned that it would be busy with tourists everywhere, and it was. At the end of the day we were tourists too. However, it did not take away... More

The area is still populated ( very sparsely), and the tracks are meant for locals who reside in the area. The tracks are not meant for regular traffic. The tracks would not stand up to more than they currently experience... More

Hi, we didn't walk to Torc I'm afraid, we drove out. It is a distance out of town and we had kids with us which restricted us from walking......but it would be about 1.5 hours walk from Killarney town centre if that helps... More
