About
Peadar Kearney’s on Dame street is a traditional pub with strong historic roots. The pub is named after a musician who composed Abhrán na BhFiann (The Irish national anthem). We continue this tradition with nightly traditional, toe tapping music.

Fantastic pub - best pint of Guinness I had in Dublin and the friendliest welcome. It was the first Guinness I had in Dublin, the barman told me I would find a better pint anywhere else in the city. He was correct.

Lovely little find. Arrived on the Friday and went every night. Having tried a few other bars this has to be the most friendly we found. The guiness was amazing. We will be back. The staff were amazing

Stopped in for quick pint. It was early afternoon and only two folks there before us. Just the bar tender working. He seemed friendly to the locals. Atmosphere was of typical local pub.

Paying €7.50 for a pint of Guinness is an insult at the best of times but when it tastes like dishwater then it's double the pain. The pub is based up the road from the Guinness brewery so has absolutely no excuse for serving up such dreadful tasting slop.

It's one of the best pubs in Dublin city centre for music, the only problem is the price of a drink, if you go across the road a Guinness is a euro cheaper, don't understand the need to charge as much, other than that the staff are very attentive and the atmosphere is always good,

We listened to a fabulous musician with a wonderful voice sing songs about Ireland’s history, from heart rending songs about the pain of emigration to rousing songs of rebellion. Everyone in the pub knew the songs and sang along, and were eager to share them with my cousin and I, the only two foreigners in the place. What a delightful evening!

It's a great pub. Lovely staff, great music but by Jesus the toilets are awful. I've been there 3 times since December and it's the same issue every time in the ladies. Blocked, vomit etc. I believe the men's aren't much better. Sort it out guys and you'll get a 5
