About
Since John Jameson's brave first steps into this building in 1780, we've been focused on his ambition to create unforgettable experiences (along with great whiskey, of course). The new look Jameson Distillery Bow St. carries on this ambition through five fully guided experiences: Bow St. Experience Distillery Tour, Premium Whiskey Tasting, Whiskey Blending Class, Whiskey Cocktail Making Class, and a Cask Draw Experience in Dublin's only Live Maturation Warehouse - all of which have a firm focus on immersive storytelling. You'll be invited to touch, smell, and most importantly, taste Jameson in the original Bow St. Distillery buildings. Stay to enjoy the World’s Leading Distillery Tour at this historical landmark and tribute to the craft of Irish whiskey making!

- Ashley MSaint Paul, Minnesota6 contributionsHighly recommend this tour!We took the Bow St. Experience tour and LOVED it!! Leah was a *phenomenal* and passionate guide who took us on a historical journey that ended with a whiskey tasting. Having the opportunity to sample a whiskey that isn’t sold in the states was super cool! And, getting to learn more about the process of making Jameson was captivating because it was both interactive and visually beautiful. Plus, being at Jameson over St. Patrick’s Day was a dream! Listening to Irish music while sipping on festive whiskey drinks was a memory maker for sure. I’ve done a number of brewery and distiller tours and Jameson is by far the best I’ve ever gone on! ☘️Hi Aeam13, Thank you for your feedback! We are delighted that you enjoyed your tour we are so happy you got to join us for St. Patrick's Day. We hope to welcome you back again soon! - PJ MGloucester, Massachusetts1 contributionJameson and Leah with a twist of humorThis is my 4th time on a Bow St tour, I agree with all the top comments, but I wanted to give a special mention to our tour guide Leah (sorry if I spelled her name incorrectly). Leah was the best guide we’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She is perfect for this, the Jameson story speaks for itself. but when the story is told by Leah it comes to life. Leah has charm, humor,, knowledge coupled with…. perfect dramatic timing! Book the tour, have a wonderful experience and secretly hope Leah is your guide. -PatrickHi pjm2023, Thank you for your feedback! Enjoyed everything about this tour …. And now love the odd tipple of Jameson. Easy to find, easy to book a true treat in Dublin.Hi 12lisajaneh, Thank you for your feedback! - AJ Merrifield1 contributionAwesome tour! Do it!!One of my favorite places to go in Dublin. A combination of history, comedy (if you’re lucky enough to have a good tour guide), and great Irish whiskey. Our tour guide this time, Alex, was absolutely fantastic and truly made the whole experience wonderful! Also, lots of unique “only at the distillery” whiskey bottles you can bring home for yourself or treasured friends.Hi ajdmerrifield, Thank you for your feedback! - DJ_SmylesSuisun City, California2 contributionsGreat experience at a great priceI got to do the main tour and the cask tasting. The tour is extremely fascinating. There is such a rich history in the Jameson name. Guides are extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. You just need to be patient and wait until the end of the tour. The cask room is just as awe inspiring! Whether you're a fan of Jameson, or just whiskey in general, I highly suggest you take this tour. They started at €30 while I was there and go up. So, not bad of a price at all!Hi DJ_Smyles, Thank you for your feedback! We are delighted that you enjoyed your tour and cask draw and we hope to welcome you back again soon! - Deb B4 contributionsAmazing visitMy daughter and I did the Jamesons tour on Thursday 23rd March. We started off with our complimentary glass of whisky which had lime and ginger in it and was delicious . We were able to take this around the tour with us or have it at the end. Our tour guide was Josh who was amazing. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the tour and looked as though he really enjoyed his job. We learnt all about the process of whisky making and at the end we did some sampling. Even though we are not whisky drinkers we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to anyone visiting Dublin.Hi debbE1024IX, Thank you for your feedback! She engaged the whole group and made the tour so much fun! Have taken this tour before in 2016. Our tour guide, think his name was Sebastian (was his first day) was great and very informative and guided us through the process and tasting really well. Enjoyed the bar area and drink downstairs. We would have just liked to have seen the working distillery.Hi parkerb349, Thank you for your feedback! We had Katie lead the tour and she did an incredible job letting us about the history as well a great sense of humor. I highly recommend booking. Loved learning about the history, the science behind Jameson Whiskey. The taste testing was also part of the tour and was a great experience. Can’t thank Katie enough for making this tour amazing! My boyfriend and I went to Jameson's yesterday and we had a great great time, we're home visiting family and to celebrate St Paddy's day.... the staff were really great, we got to chat properly with Margaret, in the gift shop, really knowledgeable and friendly and of course our guide Leah was just fantastic.... another lovely girl in the gift shop who helped us with tax back, as he's from America, sorry I didn't get her name, we started with delicious old fashioned cocktails, 12€ each, then we did the 45 minute tour, we booked online 30€ each, it included a complimentary drink, choice of Jameson neat, or with lemonade or with ginger ale. You were able to bring this on the tour instead of rushing...... the tour itself included tasting of Jameson distillery blend, Crested Jameson and Black Barrel Jameson, it was a great experience and I will definitely go back and try one of the other tours another day..... well done Jameson x

We had a fantastic tour and cask draw experience. Our tour host/Jameson brand ambassador, James, was funny and engaging. We learned a lot about Jameson, have a new appreciation for all things Irish, and had a blast doing it. The tour was the perfect length and not stuffy or boring. Everyone in our group of 7 remarked that "this was the best tour we've done!" Thanks for the memories and a top class experience.

We loved the experience. The building is amazing and our tour guide was excellent. He was funny and made everyone in the group feel welcome. The tour gave a great insight about the history of how whiskey making started in Ireland and also an in-depth history about how it’s made. At the end of the tour you get to taste three whiskeys. I would highly recommend this tour

We went on a work social outing and everyone had a great time. Ian our guide was quite new to the job but full of energy and charmed a room of multi national people.

All the tours I can purchase are for 12 pm or later. We have a commitment in the afternoon so 12 doesn't work. If we arrive at 10 am, what are chances we could get into an early tour?

The day we were there, tours were full and they were not letting additional people join in. Keep looking for cancellations, but I’d at least be sure to call them and ask rather than just showing up. The customer service staff there was amazingly nice and helpful.

Can you buy a customized bottle of Jameson's and have it shipped back to the USA?

They were definitely etching bottles, but I believe the cost of shipping might be steep. We were advised to buy it at a duty free store, as it would be less expensive but not personalized.

We are flying to Dublin for one day and will not have a checked bag. We wanted to purchase some of the special Jameson whiskey only available in Ireland to take back to us to London. Does Jameson pack whisky for flight travel to be checked at airport

Its offseason , we just walked in last week bought tickets and they added us to the next tour in 15 minutes. only about 5 had pre-booked the tour. This goes the same for Guinness and Teeling. Teeling was a good tour as its a working distillery.

By any chance does anyone know if you can have a bottle of whiskey shipped to yourself? I will be flying with a carry on bag only & am wondering if i should check a bag, just to bring some whiskey back. Thank you
