Such a great experience! Was so interesting to see how the chocolate's were made and tour guide Greg clearly knew his stuff, and definitely helped make this an unforgettable experience. Lots of opportunities to taste delicious chocolate's and decorate our own. Nothing felt rushed and was a lovely day out. Highlight of my visit to Dublin, would definitely recommend for something fun to do, and family friendly!

Had an amazing time on this tour. Was very interactive and engaging and gave us an insight into how chocolate is made and its history. Learned a lot about chocolate as a whole and about Butler's Chocolate. Our tour guide Greg was fantastic. He gave us an amazing experience and was happy to answer any questions that he had and was very funny also. Of course the experience was topped off with some chocolate included which we got to design at the end of our tour. Defintely something I would do again!

A really enjoyable time for all ages! The staff couldn’t be friendlier. Getting to decorate your own chocolate at the end really tops it all off! I’ll definitely be back with all the family! Highly recommend!😊

Great tour, lots of fun, would highly recommend, Tadgh the tour guide was very good. Although we were not kids, I would highly recommend for children, there is also a cafe next-door for after the tour.

Had an amazing time on the Butlers chocolate tour. My 8 year old loved the whole experience from the start to the end of the tour. We were brought around by Tadgh who was very good, and friendly and able to answer any questions that were raised. There was another employee who I cant recall her name, blonde girl so nice and helpful and was so good to my 8 year old on the final part of the tour where the painiting part goes on. I would highly recommend this tour and the chocolate is gorgeous, nice touch at the end getting a cert!

Hi there
We're planning on visiting you next year. Our baby will be about 8 weeks old. It'll be in a pram. Is that going to be able to get around freely?

Hi Stephanie,
Thanks for getting in touch with us. We usually recommend to bring a sling if you have one. But if the group is not huge there should be no problem moving around.
If you have any other questions please contact us directly.
Many thanks

Is the tour buggy friendly?
Catherine J

You could give them a call & ask but in my opinion it would be awkward with a buggy. There are stairs to access the first part of the tour, didn't see a lift but there may have been one.

Butlers Chocolate Experience is located in the Clonsaugh Business Park on the Oscar Traynor Road (R104). From the City Centre you can take Bus 27B from Eden Quay. Alight from the bus on Dundaniel Road at its junction with the Oscar Traynor Road.
