So much to see, very well laid out and maintained. Would definitely go back again, also ideal on bad weather days during a trip.

We had a few hours spare on our last afternoon in Edinburgh and went for a walk and discovered the museum! Straight into the Scottish history side and we were just so blown away by the artificers and information it was just incredible!

Unfortunately, I cheaped out and didn't go in to that. Based on what I could see and size wise, I would guess at least an hour if not two.

We went on a hot day. It was not fully air con and felt a bit stuffy but not nearly as bad as outside. Lots of enclosed areas to keep cool
