The staff were eager to help and had a vast amount of information to hand to help make a visit to Bath a success. NAND it is confidently located towards t(e centre of f the City and near the tourist buses.

Understaffed and small and it appeared lacking in resources as well. More investment would seem justified given the number of visitors to Bath. Some leaflets free but most had to be paid for. The staff were pleasant but appeared overwhelmed by the number of tourists....More

City centre office run by enthusiastic staff. Plenty of literature to take away to study. Would have appreciated a big font street map to negotiate the city

Nothing here that makes this TIC stand out in any way but useful for picking up leaflets if you run out of ideas for things to do in Bath (which you wont).
