Helpful and respectful staff in the tourist information centre where you can book all sorts of excursions including Stonehenge. Good place to get tourist gifts.

The staff were eager to help and had a vast amount of information to hand to help make a visit to Bath a success. NAND it is confidently located towards t(e centre of f the City and near the tourist buses.

Understaffed and small and it appeared lacking in resources as well. More investment would seem justified given the number of visitors to Bath. Some leaflets free but most had to be paid for. The staff were pleasant but appeared overwhelmed by the number of tourists....More
