We had a private cupcake decorating class with Nathalie to celebrate a family birthday, and had a wonderful time - Nathalie was so friendly and patient, with tips and support for a variety of levels of expertise amongst the adults. We we were able to try a variety of different techniques, and Nathalie adapted the course on the fly for the three-year-old so that she was fully included in what we were doing. I had a wonderful private session with Nathalie for two days making luxury cupcakes and a chocolate ganache cake. She is amazing with the way demonstrates how to do things. My Husband and our son were so excited eating the cupcakes . I will definitely go back to Nathalie for more Baking sessions…

Wonderful one to one session with Nathalie learning to make a ganache drip and ombre cake. I learnt so much and will take all of it to practice now I know all the techniques. Such an incredible visit which I thoroughly enjoyed. THANK YOU!!

We were in London visiting my daughter as she is studying in London. My 10 yr old son just did 2 private sessions of baking and decorating class with Nathalie during our holidays in London. It was an amazing experience as he who’s a cake decorating enthusiast, learnt a great deal of techniques and tips fr Nathalie. She was really patient and was very willing to impact many of her skills and tips. We’ll definitely sign up again whenever we’re in London again. Strongly recommend anyone who likes cake baking and decoration to sign up too.…

This was bought as a present for a friend and me and we were very excited. The class was in the kitchen of a haberdashery shop, a nice space and it all felt very relaxed, a small class of 8 people around a large square table cutting and following the lead of the obviously knowledgable tutor. It's quite fast paced but not overly so and we got to make exactly what was advertised so you know what you're getting, you also get the recipes for the cupcake/buttercream to try at home yourself later. I have to say the time flew, it was fun and I did actually learn more about decorating techniques. I'd consider doing another course, especially if at the weekend again.…
