Neighbourhood: Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.

Les Miserables Magic
Nov 2021
My partner took me here for my birthday to watch Les Miserables, and I must say it was one of the best Theatre experiences of my life! Speedy service, great views all though there was one part that I had a slightly restricted view. However the show and the cast were AMAZING.

5 stars, 10/10, I would definitely come back!

Looking forward to our next visitr

What a wonderful, old, theatre. We were here for the concert version of Les Miserables ( I call it The Glums to annoy my partner) Sitting in the circle with a perfect view. We were offered the chance of prebooking drinks as, due to covid, the bar area wasn’t open. I ordered my partners usual wine and a vodka for me. It asked if there were are dietary requirements. Jokingly, I said yes, plenty of ice. Someone behind that bar had a sense of humour. In the carrier bag was a huge tumbler of ice with a smiley face.
A wonderful evening and we are looking forward to the stage version in a few months time.

Whether you are a theatre person or not, a visit here on a special occasion is well with while….good security measures in place again as you would expect, be aware proof of double vaccination is required…. Be prepared for a stampede to the bar at intermission despite the overpricing.

Beautiful theatre!

Wow what a stunning theatre! The dome in the roof is just beautiful, I couldn’t help but look up at it! I sat in the stalls in seat C15, there was plenty of leg room and I had a fantastic view of the stage, I really felt part of the action! The staff were very friendly and helpful and did a great job at keeping everyone moving into the building following the covid safety guidelines.

DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION AND HARASSMENT
Oct 2021
DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION AND HARASSMENT BY SECURITY AND THEATRE STAFF
theatre is not step free at least i was not guided to a step free area
my medically authorised mobility devise was refused entry to the theatre by security staff which we made the theatre manager jaime aware of
i have it with me at all times to walk and told this to the special booking dept when we made the reservation
otherwise we would not have gone to the theatre
upon arrival my disability was questioned and i was offered to have my mobility devise stored at the restaurant next door!?!
i use it to walk
this is unacceptable
this is harassment and discrimination and made for an awful evening

BIANCA THE SUPERSTAR
Oct 2021 • Friends
The show was good, however losing the turntable was a mistake as parts of the show were much less powerful (enjolras’ death comes to mind). However the cast were phenomenal. The main purpose of this review is to thank all of the staff for the assistance they gave my mum who is disabled. There was a lovely blonde woman who got us straight inside and sat down (apologies I don’t know her name), but so much credit must go to Bianca. She was incredible, so attentive and made sure we were comfortable, walked us into the theatre, to and from the disabled toilet and was even there at the end to make sure we got out okay. You’re an absolute superstar & I cannot wait to watch you on that stage one day! Good luck Bianca and thank you!

awful
Oct 2021
We sat in row B set 25 and it was awful. I actually saw nothing of the performance other than an arched door on the righ as the actors came onto to the stage.
We did ask could we be moved but was refused although there were alternative seats available.
We actually left at the interval

Wheelchair friendly, stunning building & great staff.
Sep 2021 • Family
With being a wheelchair user, I was worried about the whole Theatre experience being awkward. We wanted to see Le Miserable & I was hoping our experience wouldn’t be miserable, It definitely wasn’t.

I rang up to book tickets & the lovely lady I spoke to was so helpful. She booked my able bodied partner & I end of row seats with extra leg room.

We were met at the door by the amazing Bianca, who led us past a queue & straight into a specially set aside area. We were shown our seats & Bianca took my chair away to store. She came over a few times to see if we were ok before the show started & again during the intermission in case I needed my chair.

The show was fantastic, very emotional & the whole cast were just mesmerising to watch. The building itself is stunning, with a beautiful ceiling. It was all I wanted & more

Thanks to everyone involved, I wasn’t made to feel out of place or in the way, like I have been in other situations.

Organised entry and brilliant show
Oct 2021
The Good. There was arrival times to allow for Covid-19 vaccine check and bag search so there was no excessive queue to get in. Drinks had been pre-ordered and were ready for us and the bar appeared to be managing the normal orders fine without long waits. Staff were polite and helpful. As to the Les Miserables show, fantastic, my wife and I have done a few shows and this was the best one we have been to, great performances by the cast and orchestra.
The Bad. Seating is tight for anyone over 6ft tall, thankfully there was an intermission so I could stand and stretch my legs. Icecream was being sold in the break but there appeared to be issues with the wireless payment so large queues formed with staff eventually sorting the issue.
