Great experience. Staff very helpful when needed. The whole family had a great day. My children are aged 11, 9 and 5. There’s something for all ages.

Brilliant
Jun 2021 • Family
Visited here many years ago when you had to pay extra for the big slides but now they are all inclusive. Yes it was very busy but it’s well managed and amazing fun! For people who are afraid of the COVID 19 issues, why would you visit a place like this if you are that concerned? Sandcastle are well aware of all the rules and procedures are in place and it’s your choice to visit.
Will definitely visit here again. It would be great if they done an after hours swim session.

Great afternoon out.
Jul 2021 • Family
Brilliant afternoon spent here. It was busy but no busier than a normal day at a centerparcs pool so we weren’t fazed. My 8 year old loved it. We took his own buoyancy aid vest but there were ones there you could borrow. The wave machine was only on once in the 3 hours we were there which was a pity. Have a good look at a map before you go in because there aren’t many when you get in and no direction signs so we found it a bit confusing trying to see how to get on a flume….
We had a great time, tried to book it again for a few days later but looks like it’s fully booked for most of the holidays now.

The best attraction in Blackpool by far
Jun 2021 • Family
This is by far our favourite part of Blackpool. The changing rooms are clean and spacious. The park itself is clean and warm throughout. The slides are amazing and the queues went down quickly despite the place being very busy. Most of the staff were friendly - the odd one particularly fun and chatty which is nice. It was busy and we felt Sandcastle were doing the best they could be expected to given the really high demand that’s present at the moment. We would have gone back a second time this week had there been availability! We’ll be back in the future :D

We took our 8 year old here for his birthday today.
When we arrived there was a long queue to get in, but that did go down quickly so it wasn't too bad.
The changing rooms are massive and clean enough, the lockers aren't massive and we did struggle to fit all our stuff in one of them, but the size of the family cubicles were more than adequate.

When we got in to the water park I was overwhelmed by how busy it was. There were just people everywhere!
I'm aware all restrictions have been lifted but it just seemed like it was full to bursting.
A lot of people didn't seem to respect personal space and just swam into you or bumped into you which soon became annoying.
All the slides had long queues but did seem to be moving.
My son loved it but the amount of people in there put me right off, we ended up leaving after 2 hrs of our 3hr slot as it just felt uncomfortable.

Also, I really feel for the staff in there, people letting thier kids jump into pools that are only for people coming down waterslides, being argued with when asking people to make thier way out of said pools, and generally not following health and safety advice but still behaving professionally. It was winding me up and I dont even work there!

If I was to go back, I would try and book out of half term and hope it's not as busy.

Great family day out!
Jul 2021 • Family
First of all it’s not Siam Park, we had been to previously, so we had high expectations, however it was very good. Kids loved it. Plenty to do in your time there. No one got bored and we had to roundup the kids to get them to leave!

The food was reasonably priced and the staff are friendly.

I would definitely recommend and we will come back next visit.

Excellent day out
Jul 2021 • Family
We've been before and I much prefer the all in one price for 3 hours, park was sold out but we queued less this time than when we went pre covid I much prefer this system. All staff we encountered were friendly, even the cleaner who helped us when we couldn't locate our locker. Reasonably priced food and drink
My teenagers love it here

TOM the hero of the day
Jul 2021 • Family
We had a 5 day trip to Blackpool but unfortunately due to the amount of people on holiday we were unable to book a time slot for my kids to enjoy this park they were totally devasted by this.
So on our first day when we arrived very early in blackpool we walked along the prom to see the sandcastle waterpark I could see many families flooding in to enjoy the park but unfortunately not us but I saw a customer service person who stood at the entrance greeting customers I approached him to ask if there was any availability for 3 kids to walk in he quickly checked over his radio to be given the all clear to enter so then the kids ran back to the car to get there kit and go in.
this totally made our small break away and they had 3 hours in the sandcastle and absolutely loved it going on every slide and pool they had to offer.
I massive shout out and thanks to TOM who was on the door and sorted this for us a absolute hero for my kids many thanks
