My husband is a history geek and he could have easily spent 2-3 hours in this museum. The many mosaics are beautiful. The exhibits provide an understandable look at Roman life in the area. Every room had a special activity for kids.

A refresher really after about 3 & half years. A well laid out and modern,although quite small, museum. It's certainly very good value for the admission charge. Whilst there a school party arrived and they appeared to be enjoying the hands-on items.More

Visited with Grandchildren during half term. Excellently laid out with many 'hands on' things to do for the children. The mosaic floor were breathtaking & we stayed all afternoon. A very upmarket museum that appeals to children.More
