Love Rye but found the heritage centre not our thing. Found it a bit dull and disappointing. Souvenir shop could really help itself by selling better quality and more interesting merchandise.

A definite must visit when you first arrive. Loads of useful info as to where to visit & how to get there easily. Beautiful little souvenirs to get for yourself or family & friends. Very helpful & friendly stuff.

Thank you so much for this lovely review! I will pass this on to our counter ladies, as it is always nice to hear that the recommendations we give have proved beneficial. Looking forward to welcoming you to Rye again very soon!

The lady here was the one who told us about the walk through the nature reserve - rather than just walking down by the road which would have been really boring. So thank you it was lovely and we would not have known about it...More
