Great place to have a walk, take in nature, bird watch (5 hides) and admire the seascape. We took a picnic to the beach - perfect when weather is good. Toilets in town - signposted. Free parking.

Just had a wonderful day at the nature reserve. Weather was perfect and the beach nice and clear. Loads of birds to see from the various hides. Would recommend visiting.

This is a lovely walk. Peaceful with great views. Not too strenuous. There is free parking and toilets near by. You can also visit a pub or cafe for refreshments.

Such a peaceful view, sitting on a bench you can see for miles! We wanted to do the circular walk but are too old and creaky now. But we could still enjoy looking from our vantage point. Beautiful part of the country, we love it!

It is a good walk, but I would recommend that the walk from Rye is a bit long, as there is a good walk to the sea once you get there!! And that is not to be missed...but if refuelling Bosons Bite at the harbour is the place... More

Gill, a bike is the best way to get around. The private tarmac road extends for about 5km and there are other tracks to make circular routes.
