We went to Bournemouth beach today but I was disappointed with the cost of things, the ice creams in particular cost double the price they do in other resorts in Europe and the big wheel was the biggest con out. We paid £5 each for...More

Lovely clean beach, pier £1.20 each to go on though we thought this was over priced so didn’t pay. Toilets are on site and you can rent sun beds, deck chairs, umbrellas, windbreaks for various prices for all day use during summer time

Nice sandy beach but unfortunately the town has encroached right up to the beachfront area and the tacky nature of the city has destroyed the ambiance There are much better beaches away from the town centre. Get out to them if you can

This beach is lovely. Very clean. Ideal for all the family. You can walk miles. Chairs available for hire. Plenty of places to eat & drink nearby

Beautiful British Beach, sandcastles, ice creams, buckets and spades, swimming in chilly sea, fish & chips, one of the best beaches to visit.

Most of the beach is really nice and clean. Was there in middle of septem, almost no people there despite the fact that weather was nice.

The area is BH so anything with that prefix should do it. Or try googling Bournemouth hotels and check a couple of codes. Hope this helps.

It varies in temperature in the summer months. The sea can be quite cool but easy to get used to
