Took 3 grandchildren during Christmas holidays. They spent a very active hour which I am sure must have done them a great amount of good. I would recommend booking on line, particularly the waiver. Also get there at least half a hour before your time...More

I like these trampoline venues and I have previously visited Flip Out (also in Bristol) several times. At Air Hop the staff were great and very friendly and helpful. Not so great was the music. It was so loud that I had trouble hearing what...More

Decided to book Airhop for my son’s 5th birthday party and can honestly not find anything to be negative about. The party room was clean and well presented, the safety briefing was on time and at no point were any of the party treated rudely....More

I'd heard the staff were strict and wasn't sure what to expect. It was really fun and safe, unless you injure yourself. There's lots of choice what to do. The safety briefing could do with info on bouncing to avoid injury (mostly for adults) as...More

We booked for my son's birthday party. We were told to arrive half an hour early at 3.30pm, for a 4pm start. We then sat around for half an hour waiting. Then at 4pm we were moved to the safety area. At 4.05pm we sat...More

May as well pay to go to boarding school for an hour. Ridiculous rules, ridiculous staff who are so rude. Never again will we return.

Usually come twice a year with grandkids who always love the experience. However, today was so busy it was chaotic with long queues at the entrance, dirty toilets and only one poor girl serving at the cafeteria. The children spent more time with us than...More

Unbelievable how many times whistles are blown; staff who are kids themselves order people around rudely dictating. Very rude receptionist called Emma Barrow. This girl needs a lesson in customer service. When faulty lockers prevent customers from obtaining their belongings don’t roll your eyes and...More

Good activity to do for fun. Even for adults/ teenagers it's a good option when you want to do something different. Would say it is slightly overpriced but not awful. 1 hour is a good time to spend here.

I have no idea. I would ring them and ask. Only the kids/people bouncing pay. If your just watching you don't pay.
