We visited the Christmas night market and it was indeed eclectic. Lots of food options, music, christmas treats! I particularly liked standing outside the church singing carols. A great start to the Christmas season.

The outside alleyway reminded us of a dark and dangerous movie alley. Though once we stepped through it was so bright and so many tantalizingly scents of cooking foods filled the air. The variety of different high quality good foods is quite staggering. It ranges...More

This place has a great buzz about it. The food options are really varied and cater for Vegan, Veggie, Meat eaters alike, and finished off with coffee and cake. Great place to visit for lunch.

We enjoyed it here. Most interesting and one if the best markets we’ve visited. Loads of food stalls too. If you are in Bristol this is a must. Lots to browse. Allow a couple couple of hours!

This is an open air food market with a glass roof set in an antique part of the old city. It has a range of ethnic food options- Moroccan, Portuguese, Italian, Caribbean, Asian, Middle Eastern, as well as a delicious looking bakery. All the stalls...More

I saw several small(ish) dogs on leads when I was there - the alleyways can be a bit narrow

The clothing stalls are the more unusual items - certainly not your run of the mill high street stuff. Don' remember seeing any shoe stalls, but there might very well be.
