We went here as part of a food tour, and really enjoyed being able to see how the traditional balsamic was made. We were offered a tasting of the different varieties they had and really felt welcomed.

We went on a Food Tour, I learnt so much about balsamic vinegar in a beautiful setting! Making balsamic vinegar is like making a good wine, now I know what to look for when I go to the store!
