About
Work on your tan, admire endless coastline views, and have a splash at this isolated beach near Lefkada. You'll need to take a hike over some mild terrain to reach Milos Beach, but you'll be treated to amazing panoramas along the way. Otherwise, a taxi boat from Agios Nikitas Village is another option. There’s plenty of room to lounge along the stretch of shore, but bring along beach provisions like snacks and drinks as amenities are limited. For a full day of beach fun, you can also check out nearby beaches like Kathisma and Agios Ioannis Beach. – Tripadvisor

One of the best beaches i have ever visited . Clean and calm waters with great quality of sand also. Well worth taking the small path from Agios Nikitas village ( 20 minutes walk ) . Would love to come back the soonest

Beautiful beach for photograph taking. Turquoise milky water, white sand, nice and clean. However, if you do not approach from the sea, which we could not because of the waves, you can take a path from Agios Nikitas. It takes some 20 minutes of hiking across the hill along a sorely neglected path, semi covered in weeds and garbage. The worst part is when you come to the old mill on the top of the hill. The mill is covered in graffiti and and surrounded with piles of used toilet paper. Garbage and used toilet paper will be greeting you at every rest area along the path. It is a shame of how neglected the access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world is! It is a total mess the local authorities should be ashamed of. Btw, the cost of the sunbed rental at the beach is 35EUR. It is so so sad!

Milos is obviously beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice, but I chose to leave a review for the purposes of a few technical details which may be important to other visitors. So firstly, don’t bother walking the path through Agios Nikitas… It’s not very safe and it gets crowded. Walk down through the town to the beach and catch the little boat shuttle, it only costs €3 pp each way, (as of 2022), and it’s a fantastic way to see a bit of the island too!
Second. Yes it’s organised, but it’s extremely low tech so take cash with you if you plan on buying food/drink and/or renting a daybed.
Lastly, keep an eye on the weather forecast for the day you go. The boats will cease to operate without notice if there is bad weather forecast for that day. Be sure to ask the operator if they plan on running their boats for the time you are there.

Need to hike 20ish mins, would recommend not walking in the heat of today and wear sensible shoes as path very uneven in places, I slipped down the hillside at one point. Would recommend taking some shade as none available and some beverages although I think there is a small cafe.

In my opinion best beach in Lefkada. It's like heaven! They even have a canteen and umbrelas there! The only thing missing is a toilet....

Great Beach, a little rocky and tricky to enter and exit the water gracefully as the beach steps away into deep water quite quickly. The sea taxi was a little disorganised but fine. Parking in Agios Nikitas is a challenge.Take shade, water and food. There was a guy selling snacks but they were so expensive.

Amazing beach with clear turquoise water and a beautiful landscape. There are two ways to reach it - by water taxi or with a short hike through a pine forest. The last fee meters of which are quite steep, but there are stairs and the path is not that difficult, plus you’ll get to enjoy the amazing views from above.
The beach is wide and long, mostly rocky, so wearing water boots would be a good idea. Pack water and some food, bring your umbrella and enjoy a perfect beach day.
There is a beach bar and umbrellas and chairs to rent (at 20 EUR for 2 chairs and umbrella).
The waves were pretty big, based solely on our visit, I would not recommend it for swimming.

The beach is beautiful, the sea fantastic. But to access it requires a steep and in some place a bit of a treacherous climb. But it rewards the effort.
Definitely not for families with young children, or for the elderly, those with mobility difficulties or with vertigo!
There is a cabin for food and drink. But beware also no WC.
We didn’t hire a sun lounger as too expensive. Also in the week we have been here there has been no sign of a sea taxi from Agios Nikitas.

Great beach, not as busy as some other beaches we visited. 15 min walk uphill or 3e taxi boat. Bring your own drinks, snacks and shade.
