About
Work on your tan, admire endless coastline views, and have a splash at this isolated beach near Lefkada. You'll need to take a hike over some mild terrain to reach Milos Beach, but you'll be treated to amazing panoramas along the way. Otherwise, a taxi boat from Agios Nikitas Village is another option. There’s plenty of room to lounge along the stretch of shore, but bring along beach provisions like snacks and drinks as amenities are limited. For a full day of beach fun, you can also check out nearby beaches like Kathisma and Agios Ioannis Beach. – Tripadvisor

    Great beach
Access is via the taxi boat. If there are big waves the taxi boats don’t sail and the way to go is trough the forest. The trip is medium to difficult for old people and no access for people with disabilities. 1 umbrella with 2 sun beds varying from 25-40 euro. Small bar on the beach, usual prices, there is a guy who takes your order; they have beer, sandwiches, shakes…etc. Recommendation: arrive at 9 in the morning and leave at sundown. Climbing at 18:00 in the afternoon in the sun can be difficult.

    Best beach on Lefkada
By far the best beach on Lefkada. A little bit of effort is required to get here. Take the turning from the main village street and then it’s about a 20 minute walk up and over the hill. We went early around 8am so not many people on the pathway but it gets busier later on as we found on our return. There is a boat from the village but it didn’t run on the day of our visit. It’s a beautiful beach, shingle with clear water. The waves aren’t as rough as some of the other nearby beaches such as Avali beach. No facilities here so take drinks and snacks

So the climb up and over the mountain is fun and the beach is beautiful. The chair and umbrella rentals are super expensive, so they are mostly unused and ppl sit on the sand. A few feet of water is shallow then it plunges deep quickly, be careful. Bring water, water shoes, food and your own umbrella. There is a water taxi service. Not sure I would go again. The beaches are just as beautiful all around the beach .

We took the boat taxi from Ayios Nikitas beach which costed €4 each way to Milos beach. It is very beautiful, it’s raw and wild nature and the waters are turquoise in colour BUT it is not an organized beach, there are a few sunbeds and umbrellas on the one side of the beach but I am guessing they will cost a fortune so if you go there, you definitely need to bring your own umbrella otherwise you will boil, also you need to bring your own food and water. It’s pretty in the eye, but it’s not suitable for swimming, the waters are dangerous. Would I recommend it? No.

Beautiful beach with crystal clear water. Shelves off very steeply and strong undertow.
We caught the water taxi which cost €20 each way for two adults and three young children!
The boats back were few and far between and when one finally turned up the scrum to get on it was horrible and to be honest, quite dangerous as everyone shoved and pushed to get on. Unless your children are very young or you have a lot of stuff I would recommend walking- we walked up to the top of the cliff to take photos and it wouldn’t have taken much longer to walk back!
