Amazing, spectacular view! You absolutely must see it! It is easy to reach it and there is a small entrance fee. (€ 2,5)

Was staying close by so popped up for an evening to Populonia. The village itself is nice, but you would be silly not to go up the tower. The price is very modest and I thing for an extra euro or so you can also...More

The fee to enter is quite modest: 2.50 Euros. The most interesting part was just walking around the grounds: up and down the stairs (which are a little tricky) encountering a new view every couple of steps along the top. Definitely a site to take...More

The view from the top of the castle is really an experience you have to see for yourself! It is not that hard to reach and is worth the small entrance fee. If you are in the area check it off your list!

This place had been recommended to us, I googled it and it looked fairly dull. However we went out of curiosity.. it was actually very interesting and peaceful whilst there. The views are stunning. Definitely worth a visit .. well worth spending €2, 50 to...More

Cheap entry and worth it! The view on top is very nice. The stairs are quite difficult to walk on especially when you are tall. You have to crunch to get through them. Not so many stairs, 50??? Perhaps less. Walking around the walls is...More

We paid 7€ (2adults.3young kids) and got an epic view in return. The stairs to the tower are a bit steep for the youngest ones, so be ready to create a small queue.

Following the title of my review - jump there while passing by, you won't regret. It is a tiny village with a single street, a museum and a tower. You have to buy ticket to enter both, or buy only Tower ticket as we did....More

With two small kids was quite tricky to reach the top. The stairs inside the tower are sometimes narrow and steep. But the view and the walkways on this castle are worthy! Great attraction!
