Kendwa is a paradise on earth: not so busy, amazing color and temperature of the sea, good and cheap restaurants. It is worth to take a couple of hours and enjoy this place.

Never in my life, have I seen such white sand beaches and clear blue sea as I did in Kendwa Beach. It was just beautiful. I'll definitely be returning as many times as I can.

Nice area for entertaining water toys for all ages. A bit crowded but room enough. Take sunscreen. Clear waters for swimming. One of the few places where the tide doesn’t really change. Clean. Some hawkers but not demanding. Food choices in several places.

We stayed at kendwa rocks and we did this due to the fact that Kendwa is the best beach in Zanzibar. Also possible to do nice long beach walk and to do snorkelling and scuba diving
