Great place for a half day/ whole day in the nature with the family. A small train brings you in the heart of a national park. You can have a lot of fun with the children in the "forest school", have a picnic or buy...More

Better to visit not on weekend. You don't need a car if you stay in Eger as we were. Just go by bus to Szilvasvarad ( about 40 min.) and from the bus station see the signs .

Either with your loved one or with family, for a short walk or a long hike, this place is an excellent choice. Animals (deer, muflons) around, a nice stream going down and brilliant fresh air all around.

It's totally worth the trip to visit this place. Although we did not see any animal ( not one ), we still liked the walk, the waterfall. There's a lot of human involvement, paved walk way, poorly designed exhibits, but you can steer off the...More

A nice walk until the waterfall on a well-maintained path offering restaurants, a museum, ponds. Then the hike to the cave is a tiny bit more demanding, but we saw 5-year-old children on the top as well, it’s manageable.

we love this walk during the summer but on our recent trip we realised that it is also great during winter! Follow the tracks of wild deer and fox, see squirrels running up and down trees, watch the wild birds feeding. We really enjoyed the...More

A beautiful park with many paths. You can walk a quite steep uphill route to a high viewtower with a breathtaking view. You can also take an easy route to go see a waterfall. I highly recommend doing both.
