This is a nice little cave next to a deep blue sea. If you go in summer it is nice to go inside and profit from the cooler temperature. When you exit, you are going to appreciate the deep blue sea. You need to pay...More

We unknowingly bought a tour of the Grotto at the top of the entrance thinking you had to to be able to swim there, but you don’t. The whole tour was in Italian, of course, and it was not different to any other grotto/limestone cave...More

English was not our guide's strong point, but she did a decent job explaining the background. Interesting to see the rock formations and former levels of guano, and see all the dates of people who had cleaned it up! We didn't do the boat trip,...More

We stopped here on the way to Castro. Our guide didn’t speak English, but they helpfully gave us a translation to look at. Worth a visit and certainly is cool inside.

A ticket to get into the cave costs EUR 6 for an adult. I rather advice to spend it on something else. The cave is not very spectacular, the guide only speaks italian and you're out in no time.

If you do like caves, this is a big cave and you get to go close to the stalagmites and stalactites. And our guide was charming and had good English. But we had to wait around for the tour to start, and then as a...More
