Made the mistake of trying to get here in a small rental car. Definitely need an SUV Only one pool and no services. $5 per person. Not really worth the long difficult drive.

About 40min drive with the bus from Boquete. Especially recomended after an exhausting hike. Relax in the hot water an cool down in the river

Not very close, about 1/2 mile. Bring up the springs on google maps satellite view. The hydro canal is the dark line and after the canal you need a good 4wd. then you get to a bare spot where people park but it is a good... More

Yes you could hike with your dogs but bring a leash as the people who manage the springs have many animals, ducks, chickens etc.

The same risks you would have at any hot springs. Stay in to long, or drink a lot of alcohol and you could be in trouble. Other wise it is very safe, natural hot springs with no sulfur smell, very good clear water until... More
