Made the mistake of trying to get here in a small rental car. Definitely need an SUV Only one pool and no services. $5 per person. Not really worth the long difficult drive.

Rustic natural hot springs. We took a dip in the hottest pools first then the second hottest and finally a dip in the cold river. It was therapeutic.

Yes you could hike with your dogs but bring a leash as the people who manage the springs have many animals, ducks, chickens etc.

The same risks you would have at any hot springs. Stay in to long, or drink a lot of alcohol and you could be in trouble. Other wise it is very safe, natural hot springs with no sulfur smell, very good clear water until... More
