One of the best museums I’ve ever been, because isn’t boring at all, it has lots of antiques that are very interesting to most all the people. If you’re kind of old, you can remember your childhood with those gadgets, and if you’re young, you...More

Thank you very much for your opinion Jose Carlos!
We hope soon back.
Small house, well kept, clean, full of paraphernalia and nostalgia, clocks, tvs, beautiful record palyers, radios and a lot of enjoyable memorabilia related to time keeping and others. We met Francelli, a young and talented guide who makes the visit worth repeating. A must for...More

A pleasure to know that the trip in time was a success ... the flowers for Francelli our guide.
Thank you for your opinion!

This small "museum" is an incredibly charming place with a private collection of mechanical objects from clocks to gramophones. The staff is so welcoming and shows you how everything works. It's a must see in Mexico City!

Thank you for your opinion!
Once I got over my expectations, the charm and knowledge of Markus made this place totally enjoyable.
Somewhere I had the impression this would be a "history" of clocks and telling time, so I expected there would be a linear sequence of timepieces through the...More

Dear Bob, I insist that my English is horrible :-)
I appreciate your kind words and it is a pleasure to know that our museum caused pleasant emotions.
I wait for you soon back.
Time seems to have frozen in several areas that still remain true to what Tlalpan once was, but the clock is still ticking in the relaxed environment that makes it the perfect neighborhood for friends, couples and families who love to explore at their own pace. Plaza de la Constitución is where everyone gathers on weekends to listen to live music and where some of the best coffee shops, restaurants and bookstores satisfy
the foodies of the area. Natural beauty such as the lush forest of Ajusco are perfect for those who love to keep in touch with the outdoors.

Hello Susan! During the tour of the museum, all the devices are displayed. I admit that I speak very bad English. I'm Swiss. I speak Spanish and German. We are a private museum that has no help from the government. There is never money to hire people ... but until now, nobody left angry. People love our little museum. If you notify me of your arrival, I can see if I can get a guide who speaks English. Welcome ! Best regards, Markus Frehner
